Pause. Breathe. Reflect.

In the rush of our daily lives, we often forget to check in with ourselves. Let's change that. 🔄💭



🌿 Take a moment, right now. Pause your scrolling. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. As you exhale, ask yourself:


〰 What do I see?

〰 What do I hear?

〰 What do I smell?

〰 What do I feel in my body? Is there tension? Where do I feel the tension? Can I do something to release it right now?

〰 How am I breathing? Can I slow my breathing any further?

〰 What is the quality of my thoughts?

〰 What emotions are coming up for me right now?


Self-awareness is a powerful tool. It is the first and most crucial step towards meaningful change.💡


By regularly pausing ⏸ to assess our mental and physical state, we open the door to a more mindful, balanced and, ultimately, uninhibited life.


Let's make these self-check-ins a habit and see what changes can arise from spending a few intentional minutes with yourself everyday. 🕒🤍
